At Playfield Sweets, every order is handcrafted and made just for you. Because our candies are custom-created and molded after your order is placed, shipping times may vary.
No Returns
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our candies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Issues
We want you to be delighted with your sweets! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issues, please reach out to us at lauren@playfieldsweets.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description (and photos, if possible) so we can make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved issues may be resolved with either a replacement order or a refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
